The predecessor -- Chinese Liberation Army 3502 factory was restructured to current company in November of 2006, affiliated to Xinxing Jihua Group (the world's top 500 enterprises) directly under State-owned Assets Supervision of Administration Commission of the State Council, owning the largest R&D, production and service base for professional garments and military use cloth in China.
The company annually produces 15 million sets (pieces) of various garment, 20 million square meters of medium and high-grade interlining cloth, 2 million units of bedding.
