Reminder: iSutal is now iTunes 9 and FW 3.x.x compatible. Also, if you are having issues with iPhoneBrowser or iFunBox, go into Cydia and search for and install afc2add, reboot your iDevice, and all should be OK with the world again.

when i click on tether it open then terminal and dont aktive tethering on iphone. what is the problem.

I have discover iSutal recently, and the concept is really great.However, when I use i-FunBox nothing is displayed under node: “iPod Music & Video” and “General Storage” is it normal? Running on 3GS 16Go 3.0.1
Could you consider to add one more feature?
Imagine the opposite of tethering… iPhone would use over USB the internet connection from the computer. Very usefull when you are oversea without your dataplan or wifi. Let us know your thoughts
nallano – Make sure that you go into cydia and install afc2add and reboot your iPhone. That should fix your i-FunBox issue.
Regarding your other request, I’m not really sure why you’d want to do this. If you have a PC there in front of you that gets internet, why use your iPhone? I’m not sure it can be done though. Perhaps you could run a proxy on the PC and then in your iPhone settings for WiFi, point the connection to your proxy. The port you used would need to be forwarded over the itunnel program. Just seems more trouble than it’s worth…

My thoughts is when your are oversea (no dataplan or no wifi available, but you still have a computer connected to internet through Ethernet), you want to refresh all your iphone application data (Emails,Whatsapp,OffMap,…). What do you think?

windows7 – It does work in Windows 7. You may have to right-click and run as admin for it to work properly.
nallano – I hear what you’re saying, but you would have to start on the host PC first. If this is your own computer, then you can setup an HTTP proxy server. You would then have to go into your iPhone and set up the connection to use the specific port you used to setup the proxy. Then you’d need to use iSutal to forward that port to the PC. While I believe it to be possible, I do not have the time to test this.
i always get “Network Error:Connection Refused”, wonder why…:(

To fix the black box only popping up for a second you need to right click on isutal.exe, click properties, click the compatibility tab, then check “Run this program in compatibility for:” and choose Windows XP (Service Pack 2), then click apply, then OK.
